You can purchase wrist splints that will help to reduce the pain of carpal tunnel syndrome and you can wear them as you type. Another option you have is to use some wrist pads for your employee's wrists to lay on while they are typing. This will keep them in line and can prevent the pain that occurs when typing. Proper mechanics will make a big difference in helping to prevent carpal tunnel syndrome. Changing to new office chairs and positioning them correctly will prevent not only your wrist pain but you can have improved posture and other things as well.
