Employees need to realize the role that they play in their health and how their health actually impacts the entire company. When people are brought to have awareness and responsibility for their health, they are likely to do something about it. If you choose to implement a health and wellness program you need to consider giving your employees some type of incentive to look for. When you offer something big like a TV or vacation time, people are likely to become motivated to actually work hard and participate in the program.
