Caring for your employee's health is important as an illness can end up reducing your productivity and other issues. It is a smart idea to come up with an employee health manual that will help you to provide programs and things that help to improve your employee's health. There are other things you have to list as well include sexual harassment policies as well as other policies like discrimination policies.

First Aid and Fire Safety - you must include information about first aid along with fire safety procedures. You need to have a program that will clearly show your employees what to do in the event of a fire and how to properly exit the building. You also need to have a policy that describes how to give basic first aid and information telling employees where they can access things that they need in the event of an emergency. State where they need to go when they are in need of first aid.

Employee health manuals are necessary to any company that is looking for ways to improve their employee relationships but also to help keep their employee's health in their mind.
