Is your dirty building causing health problems for your staff?

In addition to office ergonomics you should also look into changing lighting in your office. Changing the lighting will help the employees to feel better and work better. The right type of lighting will reduce the strain on their eyes.

How often is your building being cleaned? Make sure areas that are commonly touched like the telephones and doorknobs are being sterilized. You should also purchase cleaning wipes for your employees to use daily to clean up their desks. Vacuuming is also vital to the building and your employee's health. Just know when you vacuum, it can often bring up dust and particles that can cause respiratory problems, which is why you need to have an air purifier to help clean up the air. Plants can also help you clean up the air and provide healthier air for your employees so they don't have respiratory problems.
