There are two key factors in this idea. The first is, to strive towards customer satisfaction. You may even consider having a customer satisfaction guarantee. This will make your clients feel comfortable in spending money on your product or service. And making them feel comfortable is meeting a customer's very significant need.

The second way to conduct your business around the customer is, to ensure the best customer service possible. The way a customer is treated is vital to their desire to give you repeat business and a good reputation. Focusing on treating customers with the most hospitable, polite, and friendly service will ensure a happy customer. And a happy customer can be one of the best resources to spread the word for future business.

To be a successful entrepreneur, you need to do your research on competitors and use it to your advantage. You need to get to know your target market and do your best at meeting their general needs. And finally, extraordinary customer service and customer satisfaction will give you an extremely competitive edge. All of these ideas are important to implement in your marketing plan to create better products and services than your competition to meet a customer's needs.
