How to full proof your product so it is not discredited

When it comes to making products for the health industry one of the problems that you are going to face is the fact that your product can get discredited. This is a big issue because of how many people are competing to sell the same types of products, not to mention you are going to have to get through all of that hype that is created for certain products. Basically what happens is that there is tons of advertising about health products from so many different companies but for consumers it is hard for them to tell what is real and what is a fake or basically what is going to work and what is not going to work. As a responsible health business one of your main jobs is to show your customers that your product is going to work and is not just a bunch of hype, but where this can get hard is if you are producing a product that everybody else is producing, such as a weight loss drug. So what you are going to need to do is to show your customers that your product is not a fake and you are going to have to come up with a process that can not be discredited, which is where the FDA comes in. But a word of warning getting FDA approval might sound easy but it is a long and hard process.

Difficulty rating: Difficult

Step one:
The first thing that you are going to need to do is to create a product that you want to distribute to the health care industry. And this means you are going to have to do plenty of research on what has been done, what hasn't been done, what works and what doesn't work, not to mention other types of research for making the product.

Step two:
Once you have made the product you are going to need to do some basic lab tests to ensure that the product actually works. You can not start off testing the products on actual people, but you can start testing them on other things to ensure that they work.

Step three:
After you have determined that your product works like it is supposed to, meaning it does what you want it to do then you are going to want to submit it the FDA to get their approval so that you can begin testing it on people to ensure it works.

Step four:
Once you have gotten the approval from the FDA and have accomplished the testing to prove that your product actually works you are going to want to resubmit it to the FDA so that you can get approval to distribute it to the health industry. And also by resubmitting it to the FDA you can get their approval and use that in your marketing.

Step five:
The next thing that you are going to need to do is to create a marketing plan that is going to get people's attention. This in itself is going to be a piece of work because of all of the hype that already surrounds most of the health industry products. When creating your marketing plan you are going to want to keep in mind they target group that you are going to try and sell too or get the health industry to prescribe your product too.

Step six:
After you have created a marketing plan you are going to also want to look into trade shows where you can demonstrate your product. You are also going to want to include the fact that your product has been approved by the FDA and if you can get some doctors to endorse your product. The best way to get doctors to endorse your product is to give them free samples so they can see for themselves that it really works.
