How to retain customers or create new customers One of the absolute key components to a successful marketing campaign for your small business is understanding customer buying. If you know why your customers are buying what they are buying, then you can tap in to those reasons in order to successfully design your marketing campaign to focus on the reasons why customers buy what they do. Also, understanding customer buying can help you design your products and/or your services so that you can attract more customers by focusing your products and/or your services so that they appeal to what customers really want. Buy understanding customer buying, you can also know what attracts customers to your small business specifically.
