Dish Network offers free equipment for up to four rooms, as well as free HDTV and free DVR

The basic package cost is $19.99 per month for 60 Channels. This includes 25 free movie channels, including favorites like HBO, Showtime and Cinemax.

Keep in mind that this is a general idea of various promotions and features.
