Great gadgets when it comes to technology. This is what it is all about, the gadgets. Technology has so many new devices, toys, tools and gadgets that it would be hard to say what is the greatest. Especially sense each person likes different things.

According to the 2007 Consumer Electronics show it was reported that Bill Gates has dropped a few hints of what is to be coming, and what is already on its way.

With this in mind we have compiled a list of the top five great technological gadgets of today.

Windows Vista has hit the stores, and has had both positive and negative reviews. However, as will many new technologies, there are bugs to be worked out. This is the newest of the Windows operating systems, and in time will be the replacement for XP if all goes as planned. Windows Vista has abilities to push video, music and other forms of multimedia devices into other locations for viewing. This would include for example the kitchen, living room and other locations in the home for more convenience.

Gadget #2

There is also discussion of the new Windows home server. This will open many new doors to security, back up and storage capabilities. Gates is working with Hewlett Packard to come up with the right hardware to meet the software and other technical needs.

This server will be able to locate other wireless devices and other computers in the home and will back them up twice daily. The storage capabilities will be in terabytes instead of the standard gigabytes. Therefore this will lead to the saving of information, music, movies, pictures and more will be much more liberal than that of the prior storage devices.

Gadget #3

Water-cooling systems for your personal computer is one of the newest ways to effectively cool your computer this is with the use of thermal conductivity with water. This process is used in our vehicles why not in our computers. The reason it works so well is because water can cool about 25 times better than air. There are minimal risks involved if for some reason the system were to leek onto the motherboard. However, this is not something that happens often.

These systems are a little pricey still, however with the higher CPUs and other devices being used it is only a matter of time before a better cooling process will be required.

Gadget #4

Synch system, this is a new way to keep you talking when you are driving in a safer manner. Ford and Microsoft are working on a device that will make it possible to hook your cell phone into your vehicle speakers, and even let you obtain your emails. All of this will be in coexistence with creating a safer driving environment.

Gadget #5

Sony has a new Internet video system they will be releasing to the public. The way this device will work is that it will hook on the back of the Sony Bravia Televisions, and then will connect directly into the Internet. With this the viewers will be provided with high definition content with out the expensive middleman.
