Satellite TV Descrambler

If you have TV, chances are that you have satellite TV. Satellite is like normal TV except much bigger and much better. It is the new way to go when it comes to TV.

Normal TV has channel options, but not a whole ton. You also have to flip through every channels in order to find the one you want. This can be very annoying.

You may see things that you do not want to see besides the fact that you may miss the channel you are trying to find if you flip through it when it is on a commercial or something. Then you just keep flipping around and around until you reach the channel you are looking for.

Wow. What a mess. Well that is why satellite TV is so much better. Satellite TV gets rid of this mess, plus gives you more channels to choose from. You may wonder, how does it get rid of this mess? Like this:

When satellite TV reaches your satellite receiver, your receiver organizes it in a nice big menu. So lets say you are watching a show and then it ends. In five minutes your most favorite show will come one and you do not know which channel.

Well all you do is press the menu button. Then a big menu will appear with the time and what is playing on every channel right then. All you have to do is look through all the title until you find the title you are looking for. Then you select it and your show will appear on the screen.

Very nice. Very very nice. You may have noticed that it says the menu will show you the time. This is also a neat feature. The menu will show what time it is right at that moment and show you what shows are playing at that time.

Not only will it do this though but it will show you what will be playing in a half hour, hour, hour and a half . . . so you not only will be able to see where your show is playing, but also the shows that will becoming on after your show is over.

Pretty cool eh? Yes yes. Very cool. So you have this nice organized menu and hundreds of channels, plus better picture. Is that not worth it?

So you decide that you will buy satellite TV because of these cool features. There is also something else you need to buy and that is a satellite TV descrambler. This box has an important job.

A lot of satellite TV channels come encrypted. This means they have a special code or something of the sort and cannot be watched unless they are descrambled. Not only does this allow you to watch these channels, but it protects from someone else intercepting the signals and using them.

These descramblers can cost anywhere from two-hundred to three-hundred dollars. If you want to watch satellite TV, you will need one. There are hackers on line that say they will sell you the code and what not for one to two dollars. It is not smart to fall for this. While you will be able to receiver channels without subscribing to them, you probably will not be able to receive them longer than a couple of months.

Also keep in mind that if you were to do this, satellite television companies could punish you severely. Even send you to jail. You would not want to try and get these channels for nothing.

It is safer just to pay for the descrambler and watch the channels whenever you want without feeling like you are being dishonest about it. The descrambler had an important job in getting the signals from the satellite onto you TV screen.
