Just about everybody works on the computer sometime during their day whether for business or just for fun. In recent years people have found easy ways to interact with people on the internet. By going to http://get.live.com/messenger/config a person can decide which settings they would live to personalize their windows live messenger for their computer. They can get settings on their computer that set the browser home page to MSN.com, get a browser address bar to use Live Search, or get a Toolbar. After deciding which additional features a person would like on their computer, they click the orange "Install" button at the bottom of the page. Next a person needs to click the "Save File" button which appears. To continue with the installation a person only needs to follow the directions. It is very easy to install windows live messenger. Requirements To be able to support windows live messenger a person's system must have either Window Vista or Window XP Service Pack 2. The system must have a minimum of an 800 MHz processor and a minimum of 128 MB of RAM. If the system has 256 MB or more of RAM it is even better. Having up to 50 MB of hard disk space is also a requirement for installation. It takes 15 MB to run windows live messenger. 1024 x 768 or larger screen resolution is recommended but a system that has a minimum of 800 x 600 screen resolution can still support window live messenger. The features of windows live messenger The new version of window live messenger still has all of the same wonderful features that everyone has become used to using the original windows messenger. A person can still use window messenger to stay connected with people but windows live messenger has a great new look. People are able to stay in touch with family and friends using text, video, and voice. Even if a person is offline, their friends can leave them a message or even send them a note. Windows live messenger is very safe to protect personal information. People are able to control who sees what and when. This program also allows people to share photos and videos of any size.
