They could prioritize and then also include exercise on the list. If it is above anything, they need to make sure the exercise before they do that thing. It would not be very difficult to do this and it would be a way to help you get to exercise. Another solution would be to get yourself exercise equipment so that you could just exercise right from home. It would always be there so you could exercise whenever was most convenient for you. There are many different types of exercise equipment that people use. Some use treadmills, some you exercise bikes, some jump on mini trampolines.everyone does different things. The point is that all these things can be done right in the home. One great piece of equipment is the elliptical. This is a neat piece of exercise equipment that would help you to get fit. It is kind of like a treadmill and skis combined. It is tough to explain. But the important thing to know is that it is good for your fitness. It will help you to burn calories and gain muscle. It would help you to get as healthy as can be and would not put you down. It even has arm bars so that you can exercise your arms while exercising your legs. They are poles that stick up that you have to pull back and forth with your arm as you move. It is kind of like walking position. You step and walk like you normally would and you use your arms like your normally would but you get a lot of exercise while you are at it. You can choose different levels and such that you want to do so that you can work out however hard you feel that you can go. You want to be careful not to exceed your target heart rate while also getting enough exercise. As long as you are doing this then you should be great.
