Fitness Videos

Fitness videos are a fun way to exercise at home. Depending on what type of exercise you're doing, you may need some equipment, such as an exercise ball, a mat, hand weights, or a step. One of the best parts is that you can stop the video if you need to take a break from exercising and then you can come back and continue where you left off.

There are many different types of fitness videos, including videos for strength training, aerobic exercise, yoga, Pilates, ball exercises, dancing of all kinds, targeted muscle groups (abs, glutes, legs, etc.), and much more.

If you want to try a fitness video, but don't know where to start, just read ahead. The following list features some great fitness videos that are out there.
