Focus on training and make sure your employees are reprimanded if they are not following the right procedures of the company. There are hazards in every workplace. You need to be able to define these hazards and to try and figure out what you can do in order to keep your staff safe from these hazards. Implement proper training
What happens when people do not know how to do their jobs or to run equipment?
