This is a great way to help your employees to get access to a gym so they can get in shape. One other option you might do is offer an extra 30 minutes to your employees for exercise in the middle of the day. You need to make sure that all the areas that are commonly touched are cleaned so that they do not end up causing you to have struggles with employees getting sick. Provide your employees with anti-bacterial hand wipes in the office. This is a great way to keep the spread of germs down. Cleanliness is one of the most important things that you can do in order to reduce germs in the office.
5. Health awareness. A great way to focus on boosting employee health is by offering health clinics and really raising awareness about employee health. Offering educational information on how to quit smoking or providing your employees with a smoking cessation program may really be able to help them quit smoking.
6. Implement a wellness program. Many companies are implementing wellness programs as they do provide a great option to help employees focus on their health. You may have some people that will participate in the program and will lose weight where others focus on just eating better and really having a healthier lifestyle. Have a promotion manager in the office that focuses on managing the wellness program and works to get your employees focused on getting in shape. The health promotion manager will also be in charge of holding educational programs for your employees and making sure you have the right programs in the office and that your employees are actually participating.
