Employee morale directly impacts your business' bottom line.Happy employees will deliver happy customers and happy customers mean high profitability.No one can argue with that chain, so keeping employees happy should be the first priority of any employer.When the morale goes sky high, profits will likewise skyrocket.Then everyone will be happy - jobs will be safe and shareholders will get paid.
