You need to find out what your employees will respond to in order to have a successful employee wellness program that will be able to provide the health benefits to your staff that you are hoping for.

Incentives are a big part of the wellness program. What type of incentives motivate your staff? Some companies will offer things to their staff like compensation where others offer them vacations and other things. Take a vote with your staff to see what they like and what they want to receive from participating in the wellness program. Rewarding your employees for their hard work in losing weight or finding other ways to be healthy can be a huge motivation for them to stick with the program and to inspire their co workers to get involved in the program as well.
