Compressing your success cycle
To begin to compress your success cycle you will want to define and clarify your marketing elements. Look at your business name, logo and motto to make sure that consumers know and understand your business and what it has to offer. Your business identity should show consumers what the business is and what it promises to them as consumers. Having good marketing elements that are specific to your business and your consumer will make it easier to compress your success cycle. A good marketing campaign will have consumers flocking to your product over and over and will start the success cycle again. Another step in compressing your success cycle is through the day to day operations of your business. Take a look at how your business operates or how your business creates your particular products and services. Is the production as streamlined as possible? You may need to invest in better training for you employees to decrease production time of your product. Take another look at how you create your product to see if you and your business can benefit if you cut some steps in the process out. Does your targeted consumer need to speak to too many people before they receive their particular service? Your business may need to cut out the middle man and retrain some other employees to do a little more work. A more streamlined operation for your business will help compress your success cycle by decreasing unneeded work. To compress your success cycle you will also want to look at and evaluate your finances of your business. You and your financial managers should look into where your profits are going to. Make sure that the places you do invest your profits into are helping to create more profit thus compressing your success cycle. If your profits are not increasing where you have allocated them to go you may want to take those profits and invest them in another area of your business. Look into putting more money into marketing to get your product out to consumers. You may also want to look at putting the current profits of your business into your production are in order to help streamline your operations. You may also want to put that money into areas to train employees better. All these ideas are great for trying to compress your success cycle.
