The synergy circle, what is it, how to apply it to small business
Synergy by definition is the interaction of two or more agents or forces that when combined the effect is greater than the sum of their individual effects. In business a synergy circle is the cooperative interaction among groups that will create an enhanced combined effect. The idea of a synergy circle is that the value and performance of two companies combined will be greater than the sum of the separate individual parts. For example, if one company has a great product but lousy distribution while another company has a great distribution system but poor product they can create a synergy circle with a merger.
Synergy circles are an approach to develop the foundation and the maturity that is needed to build and sustain high performing teams. A synergy circle is a practical strategy used in businesses both small and large as a way toward a common goal and vision. A synergy circle is an integrated process where an individual's abilities are leveraged with team performance in order to build the business. How would you begin to apply the synergy circle business approach to your own small business? You would need to take a good look at your business and what it has to offer. Look for ways to improve your business and then proceed to create effective teams. You may also need to look at other businesses that are better at a certain area and team with them to help create your synergy circle. You can create a team with these other businesses to help create a synergy for both small businesses. Once you know some of the issues that you would like to your teams to begin work on, you can then begin to look for employees to fill those spots on the improvement teams. Rate This Post
