It will also help you to use video blogs to offer great advice and expertise. As you are able to make your company and yourself noticed, you will start to earn respect by not only your customers but even your competition. You need to look at all the various avenues out there where your customers may be talking about your company. Do not discount social media and the wonderful tools it has. Discussion boards and chat rooms will offer you a great opportunity to get in touch with your customers and to offer your opinion to them and to help them see why your company is ahead of the game!
