How does customer service relate to your brand? When people think of your company they of course think of your products and things like that but they usually think about their interactions with other people. Customer service is a big part of a brand and you have to really focus your efforts on offering quality customer service in order to get your customers to feel comfortable with your brand and to have them really respond to your company. Teach your employees how to make each experience with the customers memorable to them and to help them form strong relationships with the company because of the higher quality service that you can provide to them. Not only is customer service part of the way that you interact with the customers but also in the way that you package your products and ship them out. The entire experience the customer has with the company is part of your overall branding ability.

Consistency
One of the best ways to help people remember your brand is by becoming consistent with it. You need to have a message that you want to deliver but you also need to have a certain type of style and other things that immediately identify a brand as your brand. When customers see your ads they should know that they are from your organization. You will need to focus on consistency as it is a great way to make it easier for people to know the company and to spread the word about your organization. Not only do you want consistency with your marketing promotions but also in just about everything that you send out. The business cards that you have all need to match along with the other things that you use like company letterhead in order to help you secure your brand and to be consistent. The more you are able to create an image in the customers minds, the easier it will be for them to remember you.
