All of the items you work with should be within easy reach.If you have to get parts out of a bin, have the bin situated as close as possible so that you don't have to be constantly reaching for parts.Repeated movements for pieces can easily be the number cause for injury.Have your work area as ergonomically designed as possible.

Additionally, get in and stay in shape.If your body is in shape, all of your muscles will be able to bear the tasks much easier than if you are over using only a few muscles.Your body has many muscles that support others.Your job may only require the use of one area, but the others are supporting them so it is best if you have all of your muscles toned.
