Using Business Process Management with Six Sigma

- Improve - as you have weaknesses in the company that need to be improved you need to create a go-ahead system to move forward with it. This is where you want to come up with a number of different scenarios as to what you can change and how it will make a difference. Automated processes are going to be one of the main components that will allow you to improve the organization.
