The battery life lasts for around 18-25 hours of music playback, which is similar to other flash based players currently on the market. The River Clix is one of the best MP3 players out there, especially if you are regularly changing the contents of your portable library rather than carrying around your entire collection.

2. The Samsung YP-T9 is available with either 2GB or 4GB. This device is user-friendly and sounds great. The YP-T9 has a five way control pad, making navigation easy. The context menu during audio playback allows you to quickly set Eqs, play mode, play speed, and background. The menus are generally intuitive, with music selections sorted by artist, album, and so on. The YP-T9 has a beautiful screen and a colorful, animated interface. The photo display shows you a large photo preview box, bordered by three thumbnails. The player also automatically sets the screen in landscape mode when you start a video. The YP-T9 plays MP3s and WMA files, and also has an FM tuner with auto-scan and 30 preset slots. The FM recorder can record up to 192 Kbps in MP3. The player has a built in microphone for voice recording and even includes a couple of games. A ton of audio playback features, including the standard shuffle and repeat modes, and 12 EQ presets, and a nine-band user EQ are some other great features offered by the Samsung YP-T9 MP3 player. Music sounds great with rich mids, clear highs and a defined low-end. The battery life lasts an impressive 30 hours. With photos that look bright and are well-defined on the color screen, the YP-T9 is one of the best MP3 players on the market.
