They might be so overwhelmed with everything they have on their plate that they might just not be able to handle to work load.

The second tip on how to handle an exasperated employee is to find out exactly what is bothering the exasperated employee. This will help you to know exactly what type of problems your employee is having so you don’t have to sit and guess what they are exasperated over.

For example if your employee has so much work that they are coming in early and staying late and they are still not getting all the work done that is needed you might need to hire them an assistant or get hire another person part time to help them out. Maybe your employee is working a night shift and it is making them more exasperated then if they were working a day shift where they were one normal hours. You will want to make sure that if your employee is exasperated that you take into consideration both their work load along with the hours they are scheduled to work.
