Take a look at the needs of your customers and determine if you are truly addressing all of their needs. If you are not, how can you find ways to start addressing their needs? Do you focus on building relationships with your target market? How about spending time educating them with videos and articles?

Take a look at the day-to-day marketing efforts you participate in. How are you benefiting your customers by coming to work each day? What do you do to impress them and make them become a satisfied customer? Simple things like answering the phone is actually a marketing effort and it is important to spend time evaluating the way you actually talk to your customers each day. Do you make them feel valued and important when they call in? Do you call them by name and do you make some product recommendations based on their past purchases? Doing little things like this on a day-to-day basis will go a long way to improving your company and its marketing efforts.
