3. Get online. Your customers are going to be found online and you need to go out there and find them. You have to focus your efforts on social media and other sites where the customers are talking and you can gather information from them. It is also a place where you can post quick information for the customers to respond to in a timely manner. Social media is free and it provides you with a great outlet to interact directly with your customers. Just make sure the information you send out is credible and will be valuable to them. With social media you need to make sure you are active and that you are on the site often or you will not get the right type of response from your customers that you need in order to make social media marketing work.
4. Change your design. Your customers will be able to respond to your company if you have a different product or something unique to offer them. Change up the look of your marketing products in order to attract your customers again. When something looks new and fresh, it will peak the attention of your customers and can give you the response you need with your sales once again.
