As you have control over yourself, you need to be able to make sure you are able to stay on track with everything. Being a sole proprietor also means that you will have taxes that need to be paid. Being a sole proprietor is nice and it does have a lot of great advantages but it also has some disadvantages as well! You can lose your personal property in the event that you are sued and lose your case. You are 100% liable for everything. Due to this you might need to consider incorporating your business just to be safe.
