Nothing is more important than making sure that your employees have the tools they need to do their job effectively. You can deal with this by asking them on a monthly basis whether or not they are happy with their equipment, furniture, and work environment. Often times, an employee can be very productive if they have something as simple as a comfortable keyboard or two monitors for their computer. These types of things increase productivity and keep employees happy.
